About Me

I am a fourth-year Echols Scholar at the University of Virginia and AAAI-24 Undergraduate Scholar. Currently, I am an undergraduate researcher at the Information and Language Processing (ILP) Lab at UVA led by Professor Yangfeng Ji, where I am a) investigating Political Leaning of Large Language Models (LLMs) b) engineering reliable Text Summarizations and c) engaging in the ILP group effort to build a LLM Parameter Efficient Fine Tuning (PEFT) Codebase. Additionally, I am a member of UVA-MLSys where I work with Professor Geoffrey Fox and Professor Judy Fox for the "AI For Science" project, particularly focusing on Interpretable Time Series and Sensitivity Analysis Method.

My research in centered on the Reliability and Explainability of modern Deep Learning Models dealing with Sequential Data, such as human language and time-series data. Additionally, I am very proud to have been a Teaching Assistant in Introduction to Data Science with Python, under phD candidate Sydney Campbell.

As I approach graduation, I am planning to pursue a graduate's program in Computer Science or related field such as Electrical Engineering. I am proficient in Python, Java, C, and assembly (x86). I speak English, Chinese, and French. My resume and transcript are available here.
